It is great respect I write to support this new venture by very experienced care staff, business staff and know they will as they have always done give the utmost professional care to all in the care. Offering care in the community isn't easy on a 24/7 basis but this team will show they can and will achieve the best possible care for your loved one. I’ve been a client of Ivy Grace for a few months now and they help me to maintain my independence in my own home. I am wheelchair bound with a catheter and they assist me to stay fresh and clean, there my helping hands in the kitchen, home and garden so I feel more involved in doing things I enjoy like my gardening and food preparation and they also keep my furry friend happy, who is my dog by feeding and walking him.

My parents have the team provide care for my dad and it has made such a difference to both their quality of life. The staff are friendly and punctual and management are approachable and accommodating to our needs. Communication is excellent via email as I am busy working and can juggle organising my parents care around my busy life. I would thoroughly recommend Ivy Grace care team.

From the first phone call to Ivy Grace Home Care, I knew I'd made the right choice. They listened to my concerns and the needs of my mum. Care was put in place to start and Mum ended up in hospital. I had to cancel them at short notice and they were so understanding and accommodating. When Mum came
out of hospital they were there for her immediately. They treat my mum with care and dignity, as well as being so friendly and helpful. They are great at keeping me updated too. I can't recommend this company enough.
