About us and our commitment to you

We started Ivy Grace Home Care, because we felt there was a need for home care in our community.

Between us we have over 60years in the industry, 40 of those out in the community.

It is our goal to meet and exceed the needs of individuals who wish to remain in their homes, but cannot without some form of assistance.

We not only want to make a difference in our service users' lives, but in their family's lives as well. We believe every voice counts and want to be a care company with a difference.

We want you to feel confident and safe with the carers providing your care. We carefully hand pick our staff to ensure we are providing the best carers. Each carer undertakes extensive checks and training. Your carers are introduced so you will never have a stranger at your door. Ivy Grace carers deliver compassionate and customizable services to each service user. Our care system allows us to provide you with a family portal so you can see exactly what care our carers have delivered on that day.

Introductions to care workers, as no one should have a stranger at the door.

We are very aware that care workers can be held up, with emergencies or traffic, we allow a 15 minute window, if your care worker is going to be later than 15 minutes you will receive a phone call.

Fair charge rates, that reflect on the staffs pay. As we pay enhancements for staff on weekends and evenings.

Our main goal is to ensure that all of our service users and staff remain as safe as possible. We are doing our utmost to ensure that the guidance and procedures that we put in place follow the latest advice from the Government and Public Health England. This includes the adequate provision of personal protective equipment (PPE) – aprons, gloves, face masks and face shields. We want to be completely transparent with you so that you can feel reassured that your health and safety are paramount to us and have the knowledge that you’re being looked after properly.
